Hi I'm 28 years old and my hubby and I are ttc. Came off bc 3 mths ago and have a 40 day cycle (last cycle). This cycle I'm now on day 41 no period yet. Tested positive for OPK on day 25 which I'm told is normal for long cycles. We've been trying to bd every two days and the past two days I got another positive OPK!! It's looking like I've ovulated twice this cycle then??*
I took a HPT this evening and there was a very faint second line- quite hard to make out but still there... What's going on with my body? Somebody please help....how can I be ovulating and possibly pregnant?*

I've read online that sometimes an OPK can pick up a pregnancy and show a positive result -- something about HCG being similar to LH as far as at-home tests are concerned. So that would make sense if you recently used an OPK and got another positive. Fx it's your BFP though!! Check with your doc and see what they say

Hello Ladies,
DH and I have been TTC for over a year now and no luck. I took provera for 7 days to induce AF. I just started my first cycle of clomid yesterday. I went for a transvaginal scan and the DR said he saw some follicels. I am hoping that the clomid matures some of those follicels!!

Hoping for a BFP in 2012.

I am 25 and my husband and I are ttc this month. I am very new to this whole thing but I have been around babies all my life. I still have two weeks before any potential missed period and the waiting to take the hpt is killing me! I'm already experiencing mind games, keep thinking I am nauseas, have been having crazy dreams and have swollen breasts but I know it's too soon for that. I'm just so excited! I'm trying not to think about it. How do you all pass the time?

Hi Ya'll im 22 and TTC my fiancé and i have been bd'ing for about two years I've had one mc that was last june so its almost been a year we haven't really been ttc but for the past two months we've been timing ovulation charting and everything. i feel like this could be the month but i hate getting my hopes up. my fertility window was march 9th through the 15th we bd 4 days during that window i had absolutely no CM through that whole week.. thats really weird to me because i usually have the egg white cm so we will see. the 2ww is killing me my boobs started hurting yesterday morning my nipples are on fire sorry TMI and they hurt up by my armpits.. I'm trying not to confuse that for when af comes. UGH how do you ladies get through the 2ww? and what were the earliest you guys noticed your symptoms? my af last month was two days longer than normal so i feel like that is going to throw off my whole schedule! =s

It's a long two weeks for me. And this is only our first month ttc. I try not to think about it, stay busy with work and school. Also, I am trying to enjoy my husband's company and get in all the alone time with him that I can before we will never be alone together again. Good luck!

I am overweight (5'2 about 200 lbs) and TTC. Have you been checked for PCOS? I was told I have PCOS last December and precscribed provera to induce AF and clomid/overidrel for the ovulation part.

dbluett we have seen two different doctors and both have said that I don't have pcos, but no official blood work has been completed. I took three rounds of clomid (50 mg, 100 mg, and 150 mg) and didn't have success. I gained so much weight on clomid! I felt like I could look at the pill and gain 10 pounds, lol. I'm just scared they are going to tell me I'm too overweight or they won't work with me because of my weight.

hello evryone...i am new to the site but i wud like some advice please....
i was due for my af on march 13 but had no signs of her however i had been having pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, my breasts were sensitive, moodswings, weird food cravings and smells of certain foods made me sick; so i took a hpt on the 15 nd bfn then i retestd on the 19 nd got a very light plus. the nxt day (the 20) i startd light bleeding for the nxt 2.5 days but throughout the bleeding i still was having symptoms (my husband says he believes i am and he's been dreaming about it too). cud i really be pregnant?

I was told i have PCOS in january. We have TTC for a year and 3 months. Finally started my 1st cycle of clomid last week.

My dr never once mentioned anything about my weight. He didn't start me on anything until i had a HSG done. He wanted to make sure I did not have any blockages in my tubes? Have you had a HSG? Don't give up. I was always told, it will happen when you least expect it.

Sorry to be a pain but I'm new on here and don't know where to post, just need a little hope and support really...

I am ttc and I am 10 dpo and these are the symptoms iv been having during this TWW..

- mild cramps/twinges in uterus
-mild back pain
- quick sharp pain in vagina(tmi) sorry lol
- creamy,snot like CM, slightly yellow colour at times?
-thrush (for the first time ever)
-headaches
-heartburn
-itchy
-sore/tingly boobs, slightly bigger too
-constantly hungry (never this hungry! not even when af is due)
-constantly tired
-restless sleep
-craving lilt fizzy pop? usually don't even like it

However, I did a test today and it was a BFN :'( but since I am only 10dpo do you think there's still some hope that I could be pregnant? Maybe test in a few days?xxxx

I am now on my 10th cycle whilst TTC #1. Every month I get so called 'pregnancy symptoms' and convince myself that I am and every month brings disappointment. I chart my BBT, but have decided this month not to obsess so much. Fingers crossed - only approximately 25 days to go lol

I was seeing one fertility specialist and he left the practice.. so now I am seeing my regualar OBGYN. But we have an appointment in april to see the RE.
