Log into FF, and at the top of the page there is a 'Share this page' button. Click on this and it will take you to a page with all the different types of things to share. You need to choose one of the 2 options under bbCode Code: (Message Boards) I use the Chart Thumbnail, but you can use the simple link too. So copy the one you choose, and then edit your signature. I usually find mine by clicking on the User CP at the top, and then clicking on edit signature on the left side of that page. Then paste the link in there, and you can click preview to see what it will look like.

Can't wait to see it!

BTW, the tem chart that came with my BBT starts at 96.5(F)...my temp this morning was 96.23(F)...what is considered a "low" temp? And should I be concerned?

I actually woke up at 3am, worried that I had missed my alarm. I sat up in bed really fast, looked at the clock, layed back down, turned over and took my temp. It was 96.48 then. But at 4:30 I didn't even move except to get my thermometer of the nightstand. Lol!

I don't know why your temps are so low, I was worried about mine a few months ago, because they were pretty low too. I found an article that said that if you have a thyroid problem then your temps would be low. It could also be due to your body being in great shape. Maybe someone else has an answer?

Well, I had all my blood work done in February with the endocrinologist and everything came back normal. So I am going to just believe that it is because I am in fabulous shape...well, cardiovascularly speaking...

Has anyone ever taken Vitex? I have a friend at the gym that was TTC for 15 months and she took Vitex for 30 days and was preggers the next month.

But I don't know a lot about it. She told me it is herbal and over the counter.

Yes! I knew I was in great shape! Cause my belly is def sticking out! Oh, funny little notation....I have a traveling freckle. It started out when I was toned and super flat on my hip bone. Then after my bfp and bumpo started to grow I found it by my belly button The other day I lost it entirley and finally dh found it over on my side LOL! Skin sure does streeeetch!

YAY!for getting you first temp! And nope I think it is an excellent temp Jess. Anything in the 96-97 range is excellent. Since you are just at the end of AF (correct?) your 96'ish temp is perfect for pre-ovulation. Every woman will show a little bit different. My pre-ov temp was 97'ish but probably in the 96's before and during AF.
