Evening Ladies,
Angel, I've never had a specialist appointment, but I guess it would depend what the appointment was for. I keep getting letters from our Doctors telling me to go for a smear, as its so hard to get an appointment with them and my cycles are all over the place, I call up as soon as I get AF and hope that I can get it in before I ovulate. My appointment was booked for last week, but as had only just ovulated, I cancelled it. I really should get checked out, but I wouldn't want to risk it and they wouldn't perform the procedure if theres a chance of being pregnant. I'm sure I'll be getting another letter from them soon too, they tend to send one every 3 months.
Jess, yes, we are TWW buddies. 8dpo today, huge temp drop to below the cover line. Not sure what thats all about, never known it go that low before. Hopefully it'll go up again tomorrow. Still not feeling anything, but like Ali said, it'd be too early to get any symptoms yet anyway.
Coy, your family sounds adorable, not sure about you laying flagstones though, I hope you weren't carrying them, they're really heavy. I am reading the books on my Kindle, so at least when I read it on the tram, nobody knows what I'm reading. I'm just over half way through the second book for the second time, I would not want to think of my Mum reading them, thats just not right!!!
Kelly, I hope you're doing OK and relaxing a bit more now. Its not long until you meet your midwife, I bet the time will fly by.
FirstTry, good luck with the IUI, hopefully it'll work first time.
Well, after blitzing the garden on Friday, my back is killing me, I've had a bad back for years since an accident I had, but doing certain things make it worse, like gardening. I have actually today put 7 black bin bags in my car, ready to take to the tip tomorrow evening.
Got sun burned again yesterday too, Ian was doing a Scuba diving course and I was the 'surface support' person, which basically means keeping an eye on the time they are under the water, knowing what their dive plan was so that I knew roughly when they would be due to come up again. It was quite a cloudy day for the majority, but on their last 38 minute dive, the sun came out and shone down on my forehead, nose and neck. I never learn, I'm quite fair, so I catch the sun really easily. GRRRRRRRR!!!!
Hope everyone is doing well today. xx
