Just taking a quick look at your chart...don't get discouraged that your temp hasn't risen high yet! I know it can sometimes take a couple days if not more to get a rise in temp to indicate ovulation. Plus I am not too positive but I think FF goes by your temp and not the fact that you got a positive opk? And they are super slow to add your crosshairs at least 3 days of higher temps for them to do that. I read this online also:

"Your BBT curve should go up within 24-48 hours after ovulation. Sometimes, especially with a slow rise, it can take up to four to five days to see the BBT rise after the OPK first becomes positive, but ideally, you see the rise within two to three days."

So give it a couple days and grab that dh once in a while for some extra lol!

Ah, I am tired. Dh and I actually stayed up late and watched a movie together Very rare for us with the dd's being so bouncy and all , so nice Now I am going to go take a warm bath and try to "relax" this baby out!

Hey Ladies, just a couple of minutes while I'm having a break from work. Coy, I'm not getting too down about my temps, after all, there is a significant difference in the temps before and after as have you noticed, they have stayed the same? Looking at the rest of my chart, they're all over the place. I know I have ovulated as my boobs have started hurting, which they always do since the mc. I'm sure they'll start going up soon.

I use Instead (soft) cups as bd can be quite messy and they keep the where it needs to be. It saves a lot of mess otherwise.

I do have a question. I'm confused. (not that that is anything unusual ) My temping has been a little off because I've been getting up a lot earlier. I will usually take my temp when I first wake up, then try to go back to sleep. Not sure which temp to use. For example, I woke up at 1:30 this morning - well, my dog got me up that early - and took my temp. It was 97.05. I was up for a few hours then went back to sleep. At 5:45 I woke up and it was 97.85. Yesterday was the same, but I went with the higher temp. The day before that I temped I went with the lower temp in the middle of the night. Here's where my confusion gets more confusing? I still feel like I could be pregnant. I am nauseated all the time and my boobs still hurt, and my nips are having shooting pains, and my hips hurt. However, I had a normal AF. Of course, the nausea could be the bug that's going around this household, except that it hasn't gone away. I am almost tempted to go out and buy a cheapie hpt, but then I think I'd probably just be wasting my money.
So, am I nutty and just off because I'm probably sick, or do you think I may be on the right track?

I've felt that way before, only way to know for sure is to take a HPT. Then you will know what is going on. Hope you feel better!

Unfortunately, this month it has been impossible to take it at the same time. Don't know why I'm even bothered about it since we are not trying this cycle. Guess I just want to see what a cycle looks like while not trying. Maybe life will straighten out in a few days.

Terry- yes, the temps are even now instead of bouncing which I think is great! I was trying to say you should be down but that it often takes more than a day to go up...BTW I think it's great how you h=can tell you've ovulated! I never paid attention to my body (shame on me right!) so I had no clue at first what to expect Official 2WW! Yay!

TwoToGo- I'd get a cheapie test just to see in case. It will let you know for sure then you won;t be wondering!

I have heard that every other day is better for Gives time for proper build up and, um, energy I guess? I have read though that doctors are less concerned about that and state as long as you are then At least the 3-5 days prior to Ov day. But then they say not to "schedule" or stress. yeah right! How can you not schedule when we have a 24 hour window lol! Also- no lubricants (I guess unless it is pre-seed) because it changes the acidity and can kill sperm I'd cut the coffee too, I know I know, I'm sorry It Hurts bad- no one knows better than me! Since I was 6 years old I have been drinking 2-3 cups of strong black a day...But cut it through this period anyway or at least the 3-5 to Ov I think might be a great benefit...

How are you? I'm still feeling crappy. Broke down and went to see the Dr today. I have an infection, and he gave me some antibiotics and some cough syrup that should help me sleep (I hope). I have a terrible cough and it hurts and makes me feel pretty horrible.

He asked me about my TTC adventure, he and his wife are working on making a baby, and he asked me about my AMH, and I said I was lucky that my AMH was high, as some women as early as 30 have a low AMH and no matter how hard they try they won't get pregnant (well there are always miracles) and he's worried that his wife will be one of those people. I said well, mine is still nice and high there is hope for them yet. Still I fear he will have to see a fertility dr like I have. He was funny though, he said he knew almost nothing about fertility and that they don't learn about it in Med School unless they are specializing in that area!

Okay, so I went to buy opk's...holy COW!!!! 50 + bucks!!! I'm sorry...I'm gonna pass this month. I did buy the mucinex, pre-seed and the little cups and that was 50 bucks alone. It would have been over 100 with the opk's. Sorry, I just want not prepared for that!

I am feeling a bit crampy again today and a little watery cm. I think we will wait and bd tomorrow though. We will see

Tell me about it. I went to look at my local store too- Sonuva-B Spendy. So I went online at Ebay and you can browse through and get some super cheap ones--I got like 25-50 strips for 6 dollars! So I bought enough I could test twice a day for 30 days. THEN I broke down and bought some CBE digi's for the super fertile 2-3 days. You can bid those on ebay too pretty darn cheap

I don't know where you live, but WalMart in the US has the CBE Digital (happy face) for around $30 a box. If you are good about it, you can use them over 2 months (that is not poas every day) and if you are accurate with when you think you will O, you can even get 3 months out of a pack.

I'd look online, maybe amazon? I bought them at my local Walgreens the first month, and then realized they were like $10-15 cheaper at Walmart.

I don't know where you live, but WalMart in the US has the CBE Digital (happy face) for around $30 a box. If you are good about it, you can use them over 2 months (that is not poas every day) and if you are accurate with when you think you will O, you can even get 3 months out of a pack.

Glad they gave you the Z-Pack - uber powers! My dh being diabetic it is hard for him to kick anything so they always give the Z-pack...

I will go again just to try getting something moving. Not sure if that really does anything but my MW says it does

That's a good idea~saving them for the fertile days I will check around!

Yep Walmart is way cheaper. I did the same thing with getting internet cheapies online for both HPT and OPK. Use them to make sure you don't miss your fertile days, and once you see the second line getting darker switch over to the digital ones for more accurate results. Then you can save the expensive ones and use them over a few months. They say not to do this, but I think they just want you to buy new ones each month. The tester may run out of batteries I guess, and if you save the tests for a really long time I can see them being less sensitive. I figure as long as you use them in 2-3 months, you should be good! Plus each test in the box is individually wrapped so it should last a few months.

I guess I will have to buy some tests before too long here. I'll be gearing up for my next IVF round in about 5 weeks. I think they are starting me on the meds around 11/24 or something like that. I left the timetable in Canada, but my Mom said she would bring it down to me.

Oh, and Coy.. I didn't leave my DL in Canada, I didn't need it while I was there, you need a Passport to get into/out of Canada now. Plus since I'm a US resident, and still a Canadian Citizen, I had to use my green card too! I know I had my DL when I went to pick Zacha and Zoe up on Tues when I got back. I needed it to show the guard at the guard gate in the community that my friend lives in. It was taking it out for that purpose that made me lose it. I cannot figure out how it disappeared, but it isn't in my car anymore, and it isn't in my purse/wallet, and it doesn't appear to be anywhere in the house. I ordered a new one online for $25 UGH. It should be here in a week. In the mean time I will just have to make sure I'm a good driver Don't want to get caught without one.

That is part of the reason I went to the Dr's today. The good cough syrup (the stuff that you need a DL to get) was not going to be something I could purchase for another week (no DL), and I figured, the Dr could give me better cough syrup, AND make sure I don't have an infection. So since I'm coughing up green crud, and so on, he gave me the antibiotics just in case. I hate taking them, but I think its warranted here. He also wants me to do a flu shot, but wait until next week.

What do you all feel about the flu shot? They say it is imperative that women get it if they are trying to get pregnant, and it is better to do so before you get pregnant. Are you guys going to get one?

she must be super comfy in there.. as she pushes and stretches and keeps you up all night.. you'll have to tell her that when she is older.. how she was constantly pushing for more room, but wouldn't come out!! teehee
