Tbf, Lydia I dont think this has anything to do with favourites....I do think you come across a little rude in threads...The mods dont ban people for no reason, maybe you should go back and look at some of your posts so you can see how you may be coming across to people. We all disagree on forums from time to time, but to bring up personal things from other threads is not very fair at all. Shall we all just leave it here ladies, as life is too short. No more hurt feelings eh? x

Also going back to your original post, I understand why you were upset at your OH as you have a problem with him taking it, and he showed no consideration for your feelings by then going and taking it. So I don't think you were crazy to be upset at your OH. And I see where you were coming from, but after reading some of the other replies wanted to say that it would be pretty harsh to let him sit on the doorstep all night freezing his balls off whilst slightly stoned and to say he shouldn't be around your LO was a bit OTT aswell, but I still agree with you that he was being inconsiderate as he should have realised you don't like it, therefore he should respect that.
But then this turned into a sort of debate against parents who smoke weed and I was defending those who do...just because they smoke weed doesn't make them disgusting parents.

Crack cocoaine is highly addictive, cocaine used receationaally is not, also depends entirely on the persons "addictive personality" or the amount you consume / how much soare money you've got, taking cocaine etc as a one off of on nights outs is not going to turn you into an addict!!!

Only he wasn't taking it recreationally. If people are going to bring up my previous posts then they should read them properly. He took it from the minute he woke up to the minute he went to bed. All day every day and spent about £200 a day on it.
He doesn't now because I threatened to walk out and never let him see his son, and he realised what was far more important.
So I think thats slightly different to taking weed on a one off.
How disgusting to even bring this up....

Aw sorry I thought you were talking to me. Please don't be naffed off I only got upset because I thought you were talking about my OH and his problems.
I sometimes reply without quoting thats why I thought it might have been aimed at me.

took me ages but i have read the entire thread wow lol hopefully op has sorted things out. on a personal note.. i am totally against all drugs from the supposedly "safe" marajauna (sp) to the harder stuff.. heroin, crack etc. my family has suffered from drug use as my sister and brother are heroin addicts. my sister has had her son taken from her care and placed with my father and his new wife. the whole family has had there lives turned upside down with the worry this evil drug brings.were just waiting on a fone call to say something has happened to my sister.my brother claims to be clean but i know he is abusing valium and alcohol. i know a lot of people see this as off topic but my sister started off smoking hash and it carried on from there. im not saying thats how smoking this stuff gos.. but thats what happened in this instance. i have tried some soft drugs in the past when in my teens but since i have seen first hand the damage it has done and a nephew who from the age of four has seen countless drug pharaphernalia lying about and fights and has had his toys sold for drugs i would never ever touch or put up with my partner touching any sort of drugs, even the supposed soft ones. drugs are illegal for a reason!!
