What did you eat today?

Today so far i've had
Brunch: beans on wheatgerm bread. Cuppa tea, fruit smoothie.
Snack: rice cake and avocado

It's going to be sausages and couscous salad for tea
 
today so far is
b - 2 slices of buttered toast and cup of tea
s - had pot of tea and 1/4 of dh lemon and poppy seed muffin in cpsta coffee
l - tin of soup
s - another cup of tea and small slice of bday cake
d - will be spaghetti bolognese with greek yogurt for dessert
maybe snack on xmas chocolates that are left later as me and dh plan on watching film when ds goes to bed

B - Kind of missed breakfast but sipped a bottle of Lucozade throughout the morning.
L - 2 hot cross buns and a mince pie
S - A few Thorntons choc coins
D - Steak and kidney pie, mash and mixed beg. Banana.

Now drinking Prosecco.

See TG...I may not eat much but its hardly healthy like you :dohh: I love reading what you have eaten. It always gets me drooling.x
 
B - Omelette with cheese, onion and peppers.
L - Ham salad wrap with sweet chilli sauce.
D - Chicken enchiladas.
S - Banana.
 
Brek: almond croissant with a bowl of chopped fruit
Snack: piece of cranberry tea loaf
Lunch: jacket potato with ratatouille and bit of Parmesan, apple, two tangerines and a few dates
Snack: too many celebrations
Dinner: chicken, pancetta and thyme burger with avocado, sweet pot fries, herbed mushy peas, salad, shared double choc baked cheesecake

Now drinking tea...eating tangerines and a few celebrations!
 
B- smoothie made with pineapple, banana, spinach and milk
S- banana, tea
L- chicken soup
S- cashews, vanilla latte
D- mini chicken kiev, steamed cabbage, broccoli, carrots and sugar snaps
S- cashew and raisin mix, vanilla latte
 
Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - blackened tuna steak from the Hungry Horse restaurant
Dinner - pasta and cottage cheese salad
 
Today was:

boiled eggs and granary toast, coffee
melon slices
quorn spag bol, garlic ciabatta
chicken salad with balsamic and croutons
on my 2nd glass rioja :)
 
B-slice of homemade bread and butter.
L-chicken panini
D-fish risotto and cornbread.

No puss or snacks today.
 
Too much junk to even think about. That's working a twelve hour day for ya!

T Homemade chickenn pasta bake with icecream and chocolate sauce for afters

popcorn for now :blush:
 
B: cinnamon swirl and tea at my mums house, that woman is the devil of temptation
L: a slice of toast with avocado on top
S: a slice of toast with peanut butter and a bit of sf jam
D: homemade dal, saag aloo, raita and some naan bread.
Drinking chai now :) feel so rubbish I've been eating so much recently. Stupid cold weather.
 
B: eggs with bacon
L: Torta (is like a subway sandwich but made at home :haha:) it had avocado, turkey ham, lettuce with some hot fries :blush:
D: grilled chicken salad
T: Bag of chips
LS: bowl of cereal
 
Day off the diet today!

B- slice of toast, vanilla latte
S- bag of bbq crisps
L- chicken royale burger, diet coke
D- homemade chicken and veg soup, homemade wholewheat bread (sooo good!)

Will probably have a vanilla latte before bed.
 
B/L - Egg with Asparagus soldiers

S- Fruit

D - Homemade Tandoori style marinated salmon fillets with lentil dahl and saag paneer
 
fruit salad for breakfast, tiger rolls with salad and lentil soup for lunch then smoked salmon, king prawn & avocado salad for dinner. Having pickled cauliflower now for a snack :)
 
B - slice of toast and peanut butter
L - 1/4 brocolli quiche, coleslaw, couscous, salad and some bread
D - same again (leftovers)

3 cups of green tea, 1 cup of coffee
Sparkling water
 
Yesterday was busy!

B - jammy dodger

L - none

D - southern fried chicken breast burger with oven chips

S - 2 more jammy dodgers!
 
B. slice of fruit bread
L. Salmon and cream cheese bagel with salad
D. Will be spinach and ricotta cannaloni and green beans
