What fish to start with?

Hey ho!

We haven't given Katerina any fish yet, as she had some troubles with allergies and weren't sure what caused it. Now she is better I want to try giving her some though. What fish is the best to start with?

I'd try cod first cos of its milder flavour x

I *think* white fish can be a allergy trigger so I would keep an extra eye on that

we started with salmon and he LOVED it!

We started with tuna, mainly because of the lack of bones.
