I would guess boy from that pic (obviously not an expert haha!), as I think the skull looks more rounded at the front.

Not sure about the skull theory, in my scan i was watching the baby and its skull was quite round but in pics it looks flat in some and round in others.

I think the nub theory is more scientific xxx
