What is this?!!

I wanted to get people's opinions on here before going to the doctors.

Twice now when my bladder has been full, I've had a little bump, like when you're pregnant and need a wee.. it makes your bump more prominent
Yeah I have that.. only I'm not pregnant.

What could this be?! I've only had this when I've been pregnant. My son is 9 months old

Have you ruled out pregnancy with a test? if so do you think it may be a hernia of some type? please update when you know if thats not too nosey, it does look a little unusual

The doctor said she doesn't think it's anything to worry about and that sometimes when you need a wee you can see it... that's it
Happened again this morning, still think it's strange
