I know its prob been explained but im confuddled..if it stays as the exit polls show does that mean David Cameron is PM or Gordon Brown?xx

If the exit polls are completely correct, David Cameron will have to form a coalition with another party to gain the seats they need for him to be PM... I think that's how it works.
