What to get a 6 month old

Hi I am hoping that some of you lovely people might be able to give me some suggestions on what to get my son for christmas he will be about six months by then, he really doesn't need anything other than clothes but I don't want to just get clothes as my three year old will think Santa doesn't like her brother and wonder why she has new toys and he doesn't. I already have loads of baby stuff like jumperoo from when she was born so really need some suggestions what to get him.

Rio was 6 months last Christmas. I mainly got him touch texture books (that's not my etc) he loved those. He had a few musical toys from friends and family, stacking rings and blocks, a vetch sit to stand activity centre which is good from sitting up to kneeling then to standing. Rio played with it from 6m and still does now.
Honestly though he mainly had clothes because he wasn't old enough to open things anyway x

Thanks they are great ideas I never thought of an activity centre haven't got one of those and books are good too I love the tool set

This was lucas favourite at that age, it taught him to sit for longer periods and he tried to copy the clapping. This was definately his fav.
