What type of birthmark is this?!

my LO was born with a similar looking one on his eyelid, at first we thought that was a bruise but it wasn't. i've heard it referred to as a strawberry mark, but TBH i've no idea on anything about birthmarks so i don't really know what that means. he also has a mottled looking one on the back of his neck. the eyeid one has faded over time, but you still notice it more when hes crying/worked up.

My baby is exactly the same
