What's for breakfast?

Try having a smoothie. I have them every morning. the fruit it in varies but i normally have a banana, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peach, pear, avocado. Whatever you want really. I normally had a handful of porridge oats too so it's more filling. Oh, and a spoonful of fat free greek yoghurt. Very good for you and your baby x
 
Porridge with fruit in
cereal of some kind
toast and jam
toast and nutella
plain old toast and butter
Cheesy scrambled eggs
Omlette (with anything like ham, cheese, spinach or just plain)
Granola and yoghurt
Or a treat breakfast is a bacon barm or a fry up mmmm!

I would like to start back up with my smoothies too. I used to make them all the time. Id only have them on the side of breakfast though as a drink rather than breakfast itself just to get my 5 a day in of fruit and veg!
Although you can make lovely breakfast smoothies with oats so then it fills you up :)
 
Eggs! Lately I've been craving eggs (fried or hard boiled) with lots of tomato sauce for breakfast :haha:
