Jacket potato tonight with cheese i think - pretty boring Yesterday was roast chicken with all the trimming's at mums - wonderful!

Eating really hurts (have a huge ulcer on my cheek and tongue) but I am hungry dammit so going to battle my way through some cod, mash and veg... I will no doubt be crying by the end of it
