I'm gonna be having a jacket potato baked in the oven with tons of butter and cheese as I have had a few weeks off of my diet and tomorrow is my first day back on! So a little treat tonight lol

Yesterday I made lasagna, tonight will be porc chops with cream of potato soup in the slow cooker with mash and a veg....yummy!

It was jacket potatoes in the end, with loads of salad, some grated strong cheese and home made houmous.... YUM!
