Last night I ended up having a boneless banquet from kfc cus I wanted the gravy

Tonight we are taking my grandad out for dinner for his birthday so will be some sort of pub grub haha x

I had Lamb shank in mint gravy with chips.

spinach salad: raw baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, leftover cooked quinoa, touch of lemon juice and olive oil, and top it with Roasted tomatoes-basil flavored feta cheese

Salmon flavored with lemon and some salt and pepper
