Fish finger sandwich! Was lovely!

Tonight we had;

A stuffed pepper each (couscous, mushroom, courgettes, onion and garlic) with some steamed haddock. I also made some weird and gorgeous sauce to go with it which I was incredibly proud of It was all the above (minus couscous) fried off and then added Mediera, a tiny bit of tomato sauce, water and chilli flakes

Tonight am doing homemade pork sweet and sour with baby seetcorn and mushrooms and home made egg fried rice.

We have just had brown rice, chicken with jerk seasoning and garlic bread

I was lazy because DH is out late so we had fried eggs, potato cakes, beans and toast, yum!

This is what I had last night as well

Tonight I have had a garlic bread with a slice of ham on and some cheese added. Iv had a really unhealthy day today coz I had a chicken pie for my lunch I'v also made chocolate brownies today so no doubt I will be eating some of them later. Healthy food tomorrow.
