A stuffed pepper each (couscous, mushroom, courgettes, onion and garlic) with some steamed haddock. I also made some weird and gorgeous sauce to go with it which I was incredibly proud of It was all the above (minus couscous) fried off and then added Mediera, a tiny bit of tomato sauce, water and chilli flakes
Tonight I have had a garlic bread with a slice of ham on and some cheese added. Iv had a really unhealthy day today coz I had a chicken pie for my lunch I'v also made chocolate brownies today so no doubt I will be eating some of them later. Healthy food tomorrow.
