Whats for Dinner tonight?

Quite simple tonight:
onion, carrot, celery, sweetcorn, peas, tuna & tin of tomatoes, garlic, chilli.
bubble it all together. yum.

For a little something extra (if ive got it in the house) i add a large splash of Levi Roots sauce mmmm

I top with cheese & crushed crisps too to get crunchy top! Yum

Garlic & Herb Chicken, Thin Sliced Roast Potatoes seasoned with sea salt and black pepper, mixed leaf salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper & cheese, freshly baked bread and a raspberry & vanilla mousse for desert! yummy!!
