Back on a diet so its chicken breast, vegetables and corn on the cob.......strawberrys and cherrys and low fat greek yogurt for dessert.

Roasted hake with puy lentils with a load of stuff in (slow roasted toms, courgettes, onions, peppers, artichokes, chorizo) and a smoked paprika aioli. Green salad, crusty bread.

Pudding is lemon and raspberry polenta cake with whatever is / was chosen (Greek yog, creme fraiche, ice cream)

I did puff pastry tart with chicken, pesto, caramelised onions, peppers, mudhrooms, cheese and balsamic drizzle.

Pud will be the chocolate tin!
