When do i change teats to medium flow?

My little one is still using the easy flow teats...when do i change to the second stage medium flow?? is he still too young?? x

I changed them once he hit 3 months ..i used the slow flow for night time for about only now and he was fine with fast or medium

but then again i changed his bottles to the nuby ones with the vari-flow nipples whichare awsome as they controll the flow they like

Does he get fussy when he is eating? Do his teats often 'close up' or squeeze together (you will know what I mean if its happening, but basically they suck it so hard the nipple gets flat and they are unable to get anything out of it.. so you have to turn the bottle or pull it out to let the nipple return to it's round shape)?

Marchbaby is right sorry i forgot to mention that lol max used to flatten his nipples so i decided it was time to change

Yeah the teat always ends up going inwards so maybe i should get the medium flow ones now. Thanks guys xxx
