when is best

im sooo desparate for a scan, but at the same time, the longer i hold off the better picture and easier for acurate dating, so when do i do it?

april 15th - 8+2 -9+1

or

april 29th - 10+2 -11+1

or do i be cheeky and ask for one asap and one at 10+2 -11+1?

I had scans at 5+4, 11+6 & 12+4.
The 11+6 was amazing as baby was wriggling loads!
I would say if you can hold of for the April 29th one, or like you said try to get both

I had one at 8+1 with Rubes and the dating was spot on - so much so that she was measuring 2 days ahead and I went "Yeah, I expected that, baby implanted 2 days early, I had a big temp dip". Sonographer thought I was some kind of MENTAL

8 weeks is good - and then I would either go at 10 weeks, or leave it until the 12 week scan. I had them at 5+5, 8 and 12+5 My dating was right at 8 weeks too - well, a few days out but nothing massive

i wont b able to have a 12w scan, as im dead on 12w when we move to cyprus, so by time set up out there gonna be nearer 14/16 wks - think i might ask about an early reassurance scan then have my 12w one at 11+1
