Which baby sling/carrier?

I have the Wilkinet and I'm really struggling with the ties and stuff, so I'm looking at ones which clip or fasten easier. Which ones does everyone use? Any recommendations?

I personally love my mei tai, I have one from www.babyhawk.com, you do have to tie but it's really easy and I can do it completely by myself, even putting him on my back (your LO would be too small for that right now) But I even still use it with Hayden now and he's 22mo. I didn't get it until he was 2mo but he has fit fine in it since then and I tried my friends daughter in it when she was less than a month and she was fine in it too.

I have an Ergo and LOVE it, but your LO would be too small unless you purchased the Infant insert.
