Which comes first the childcare or the job??

I want to go back to work (am a qualified childcare worker) full time but because i dont have a car and no one to pick up lo it would be much easier to just find a nursery hiring and put lo in their baby room (i normally work with older children 2+)
so do i find a job then wait til they have a space for her and until then get her alternative childcare and try to make it work somehow? Or specify when looking for work that id need her to have a place too? Or get childcare and try to blag a job nearby? Lol its so hard!

I got the job first, end of the day the job is the hardest thing to land there's always some sort of childcare around even if it's temporary until you get exactly what you want. We moved 150 miles last year, I got the job and had a matter of weeks to sort childcare (in London) and all worked out, although I admit it was stressful.
