why are pms symptoms so like preg symptoms??

Our bodies tricking us!! i so thought i was pregnant last month i had lots of PMA but sadly af arrived, i have not this month prob cuse im too scared to have that PMA again but why is it af symptoms are so similar to preg symptoms...??
I could sit here and name loads of things going on right now but all of them can also relate to af....

Grrr our bodies can be creul!!

yeah symptom spotting really messes with your head... I'm going thru it now too.

well i kinda know im out this month had af cramping but theres always that in the back of your head isnt there??

I too hate this. Maybe of there wasn't such a long wait between when you ovulate and when you have you period it wouldn't be so bad. Two wks is just way too long.
