Its nothing to do with the forum but does sounds like you need a good spring clean

thanks wobbles ill try that by the time i see my replies and reply to them everyone had forgot about my post and moved on and i love a good natter lol, this one only took 30mins or so to show hmmm how strange x

Pressing shift and F5 is a good way to refresh properly but it does sound like you need to clear your cache etc.
