Wishing, wanting, waiting.....TTC for a year PLUS!

Julia that's fab news!!!! yey for soy. what cd are you? Fingers crossed for you. Christmas bfps all round would be the best!

Pinkmum, I took 100mg of soy isoflavones from CD3-CD7 at night before I went to bed, just in case it might upset my stomach. I bought them from Walmart for a few bucks.
I am also drinking RRL tea (red raspberry leaf tea) every day or every other day, and I use softcups.

Honeybee, thanks love! How are you feeling?

I would love to have Christmas BFP's all around!

im good thanks. Would be a lot better if you get a bfp this cycle though!! how are your thanksgiving plans going? are you super busy?

how's everyone else doing?Xxx

try for ay soya made my periods extremely lite,i hve just brown spotting

kitties!!!!!!!!!!!! so cute!!!!!!!!!!!! I love kitties, but I'm allergic so ....... I have to enjoy them from afar.

Yay for the earlier O!

I am stunned today -- I have spotting on 1DPO! What the hell! Come on January. I plan to demand an HSG and bloods and whatever else ASAP! No pussyfootin' around! Bring it on!

wow Squirrelly-really??? Are you sure you are 1dpo? Is it pink/red or brown? Sorry TMI right, but just thinking maybe if it's pink/reddish and light you could have hurt yourself with an extra vigorous bd?

I am pretty sure, given that I was using my CBFM this month. And... oh my, I nearly laughed out loud. we haven't had 'fun' bd in a while. sad I know, but I'm just not in the mood, since all it means to me is making a baby. I know, I need to figure out a way to bring the fun back. And it was a bright pinky red - just like the spotting that usually shows up at 5 or 6 DPO.

meh. :finger: to the :witch:

Wow-ugh I'm sorry!!!!!! It's bad enough we can't get pg-why does the witch have to F with us so bad on top of it??

Sorry I made you lOL about the BD session......I COMPLETELY understand (see my journal entry last night)...........

Pinkmum, are you saying you tried soy and it makes your periods lighter??? Sorry I cant tell from what you wrote!

Squirrel, Really??!! She cant seriously be screwing with you right now, can she? What about Ovulation spotting?? I have heard of that. Have you thought about trying progesterone after O to see if thats why you are spotting??

Honeybee, I want so badly to be bump buddies with you!!! But after being BNB besties so long, you already knew this! :flower:
I am going to bake my pumpkin pies and cheesecakes and do all my side dishes today to make it easier for me tomorrow! Some company cancelled due to their child is sick and probably the high gas prices.

To all of us American Ladies: What are you Thankful for this year?

I am Thankful for my husband and my daughter, Hailey. I am Thankful for our Lab Retriever, Pebbles and that she lets me dress her up and gets her nails painted. I am Thankful for my In-Laws, my family and my nearest and dearest friends, in real life and on BNB. I am Thankful that even though getting pregnant and/or holding a pregnancy after the many years of a strugling illness with my husband, that my husband is alive and well. I am Thankful for the warm house we live in, the food on our table and the health, loyalty and love we have as a family. I am Thankful of all the good memories I can look back on of my family. I am Thankful for so much.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Squirrel - 1dpo sucks, I hope the spotting doesn't stay, maybe it is just O spotting.

Tryfor - your list of things to be thankful for is so sweet. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating it.

Although I am not American I hope I can join in with my list of things to be thankful for:

I am thankful for my loving OH, who is always there supporting me and is definitely my rock in stormy waters. I am thankful for my symapthetic and understanding parents who have encouraged me to find my own way in life, but are always there to catch me and hold me when I fall. I am thankful for the support of my sisters who I have the greatest respect for. I am thankful for my horses, cats, rabbits and chickens, that remind me of true unconditional love (well as long as I keep supplying the food and treats!). I am thankful of my friends both here on BnB and close by, they provide the smiles and laughter.

Love you all xx

Ejay, your wonderful list of things to be thankful for had my eyes watering up with tears. Absolutely beautiful.
So funny about the food and treats, but most defintely very true!

Everyone has things to be thankful for, so please, share if you like!

Hello! :hi: How is everyone? I have been taking a few days away to try and comprehend all the information my doctor spilled on me last week.

Squirrel- I used to get spotting 1 dpo all the time... I have read that it could be from "o"... I hope yours is.

Ejay & Tryfor- I love the list of things your are thankful for.

So, the last time I saw my doctor she said she would be referring me to a specialist if nothing happened, but when I went in she instantly started giving me choices. She wants me to have a hysterosalpingogram (where they inject dye into the uterus to see where it goes)... and then after that do an artificial insemination with sperm washing. She still hasn't done any blood work on me, so I really don't know whether to let her do this or just set up a specialist appt myself. She is just a midwife and doesn't really seem very knowledgable about all this infertility stuff.... Has anyone else had this test done?

Okay now the things I am thankful for:

I am thankful for my salvation and the home I will some day have in Heaven. I am thankful for my amazing husband, my wonderful family, my job where I can be off on holidays and summers, my church family, and my BNB family. I am thankful for the roof over my head, the food on my table, and the clothes on my back. I am thankful for unanswered prayers and that God knows exactly what I need and that no matter how much I want a baby now... He knows exactly when the time is right. I am thankful that God wants me to have the desires of my heart. Okay, I am gonna get teary now, so I will stop.

:hugs: My gosh that was beautiful!!!

RE: the midwife

I was supposed to start those same tests in May but I feel pregnant that cycle before I started them. Sounds like the same start off point for most with "I" issues. If you would feel better about it, maybe you should call a RE for an appointment/consultation and see what they say to you.

Good Luck!!! :flow:

oh my gosh you guys are making me cry! You're all so amazing.

And squirrelly, im not impressed with that kootch monster at all :gun: hope you get things sorted hun.

just joining you girls---- bbdreams u have me in tears as well:hugs:

Hiya Brillbride, nice to see new faces.

I love this what to be thankful for theme, it realy lifted my heart to think about all the good things in life and to be thankful for them.

bbdreams - that all sounds a bit confusing, I think I would like to have a few more tests before diving in to the IUI stuff. Our doc doesn't seem to want to do anything for us even though OH has some morphology issues. We are waiting till January as he told us to keep trying till the new year and if nothing happened then to go back. I get the feeling he is just hoping that we will get a bfp and he won't have to deal with the paperwork of referring us!!

got to go to bed, real busy day at work tommorrow need my beauty sleep.

catch up with ya all 2morrow x

hi ejay--im loving all the thankful theme as well...just reading your post---my DH has a morphology of 8%---but consultant wasnt worried at all as he had a great sperm count etc...but i was slightly worried!! what is your OH morph?

no spotting since, so I'm going to go with Ovulation spotting. That's a new one for me, but whatever! We did what we could this month, so it's out of my hands now!

Loving all the thanksgiving thoughts! I figure everyone can be American for the day! :flower: I'm thankful for all of you, as without you, I would likely have spiraled into depression thinking I was the defective and alone. Having you wonderful ladies in my life reminds me that we'll get through it all!
