Tryfor and Soph, thanks girls, really hoping we all get our BFP's soon. I actually didn't think I would be in with a chance this month, OH had a terrible cold and was running a fever, we managed to get that under control a couple of days before O day. OH didn't want us to miss our window this month so he tried extra hard even though he felt so rough. He is such a star.

I'm back!! Appointment went well. Basically they just did a regular annual exam, and took a urine sample and blood sample. I have to call back on the first day of my next period to schedule an HSG! So somewhere around February 10 or so.... It' dye time! I told her I also wanted a lap due to my mom's endo and my sister having trouble getting pregnant too, but she just said "we have to do things in the right order".

Order schmorder! I guess they prefer to do the more common (aka cheaper??) tests first and rule that stuff out. Oh well, whatever.

Ok, but what is kind of freaking me out is that she said I would have a bit of cervix bleeding after the annual exam. Um. After my exam I spent an hour at Dunkin' Donuts drinking hot chocolate and reading a book. When I went to my facial appointment, I used the restroom first. My panty liner was ......SOAKED from the front to the back. I've NEVER seen something like this before. Even if AF would start and I had a liner, it would be concentrated in one area of the liner. It seems to have stopped now, but WHAT THE HECK! Jeez, did she take a huge chunk of my cervix out during the exam or what?!?!? It wasn't particularly painful, no more so than usual. So it's just WEIRD!

Anyway, so long as the bleeding doesn't start again, I guess it's no big deal, but when someone says you'll have a little bit of bleeding ---- that was NOT my idea of a little bleeding......


.... enough about me, how's everyone else doing????

Squirrel that is pretty odd about the bleeding! I've never heard of that happening before. I'm glad you had an otherwise good apt though.

Hmmm....squirrel....I am also wondering why you had THAT much bleeding. I hope that is was just that...some bleeding and thats it! How exciting for you to have these appointments!!!! I love to hear about this stuff. Making some progress is awesome and is just helping you move in another direction. Where are you at on your cycle now?....P.S. I would be so friggin' excitied for you to be one of those not-so-annoying ladies who get their bfp on their very first cycle of treatment! AND......I would be so so so happy for you to get your bfp right now!!!!



Hi Soph! Hi Lucie!


AFM, I finally got my digi opks in the mail yesterday and they have been negative....but I have fertile like cm. About 4-5 days ago I had really really strong left ovary pains for a few hours, which I am 'partially' thinking I may have O'd super duper early....I also had fertile like cm that day too but no opk to check to see.

Anywho, I am nuts and not really tracking everything right this cycle.

My temp dived a little this morning so maybe I will O tomorrow or the next day........or maybe later......SEE! I am nutso!

I'm on CD13. I also had some serious CM earlier this week.. It was random! Not expecting to O til later this week. We're really not "trying" this month, and I haven't used my CBFM this month or last month, so... just doing it the old fashioned way, I guess!

I am now getting some slippery cm....but my cervix is firm.... and not positive opk yet......lol.....Maybe tonight or tomorrow!

I havent been forcing the issue of sex this cycle.....we have been doing it when we are not tired....and thats my stradegy.

I am so busy working alot now that I hardly have time for anything on the internet!

I am worried about Soph and Moon. Are you guys ok?......I have been hearing about Austraila's floods!! Hope you girls are OK!!!! :/

Julia, good idea to keep yourself busy this week. Maybe you should still take a moment on the 22nd to do something nice to remember Jordan. Even just going for a nice walk somewhere pretty and take a few moments sitting under a tree. Find a creek or river and set a flower down to float away, something simple and symbolic. I don't know, walking always clears my head.
The floods here in Qld (and now moving south) have been just horrendous. I have never seen such devastation. It is the worst disaster I have ever seen here in qld. I mean, there have been some pretty bad floods from cyclones or floods from rainfall, but that have generally been restricted to one area. These floods are sooooooo widespread, there is hardly a corner of qld untouched. I almost feel guilty to say that the gold coast has been left relatively unscathed. Yet, 45 mins up the highway in Brisbane mass devastation My bil's house was flooded in Dalby twice, they just cleaned up after the first one and the river peaked again, but lucky they were prepared for the second one and got everything up. They live 3 hrs from us. Up in Toowoomba and surrounding areas, in the mountains had the worst flash flood ever, it was like a tsunami ripped through the town. Just so bad, I cannot describe. It is just so amazing to see the Queenslanders spirit in the aftermath. Tens of thousands of people just turned up with shovels to help those affected clean up, they were literally turning away volunteers there were so many. Everyone I know is doing something to help. I have friends with trucks who are organizing collection points for goods to take to the victims. Other are putting on concerts n the park, facebook pages, everything. My mum is organising a belly dance concert to raise funds. So many people have lost everything. We have a cyclone looming of the coast now, the last thing we need! I think the Gold Coast is going to get hammered soon by something to make up for missing all the floods. I hope moon is ok down her way. The rains have moved down through nsw, vic, tas and into sa. I think there is some flooding in all of those states, though not as widespread. Dark times here my friends. But we will be fine, we are a tough lot down under

Thank Goodness you and your family have not been in any harm, however I feel awful for those who have been. I wish I was over there to help with some efforts. Thinking of your fellow austrailians......

I got a positive (smiley) on my opk today while at work so tonight and tomorrow I will do the baby dance......I have been so lousy at tracking anything this cycle that I didnt even know what cycle day I was on until yesterday!!!!
