Wompat carrier?

i have just borrowed a baby sized Wompat from a sling library and I love it! So pretty and comfy to wear. My LO is 10 months old so this size fits perfectly at the moment. However, they are really expensive to buy and if I get one I want it to last. I understand that the baby size will be OK up to 18 months but the medium is from 1 year to 3 years. Just wondering if I buy a medium one, if it will be OK for her to use it now? Is there any way of adjusting it to fit her or will I need to wait until she grows into it? Thanks for any tips!

Lots of people use a scarf or ribbon to cinch the seat so that it's the right width knee to knee. That'd be worth a go.

Does your library have the toddler size? You could have a try and see if it would be workable?

Our library does have a toddler size but its hard to get hold of. Think will try through before splashing out.
