^ totally agree well said. The main thing that annoys me about her other than the arrogance is the fact that based on her screwing up in auditions she shouldn't be there. What is the point in having auditions if u put ppl through regardless
 
Doesn't make her arrogent, she might just be sensitive. It's a lot to take on being in the spotlight and everyone copes with things in different ways. I'm not her number one fan but I don't think she's anywhere near as cocky as Weasel.
 
I don't understand the issue with any of them being cocky or arrogant. They want to be pop stars, that naturally makes them vain and arrogant! Just because you might not see it in the other contestants, don't be fooled! lol

I mean I LOVE Matt, but he is up his own arse a bit! You have to be like that to survive in that industry. Doesn't make them horrible people though.

Well they probably are all cocky and arrogant to some point (except TreyC.. probs why she got booted off) but Katie and Cher just take it too far IMO and its just cringey to watch. Katie worse than Cher though admittedly. And i think it does matter in the industry because if you are so arrogant to the point you are hated (ie Katie) you are never going to get anywhere.
 
He is a little cocky sometimes yeah, I wasn't trying to slag him off. I think he's lovely and i'd happily marry him. I'm just trying to get the point across that you do have to be a bit arrogent in that business. If you're too nicey nice and don't believe in yourself you'll fall at the first hurdle. You have to have a strong back bone and stick up for yourself, which from what I can tell; is what Cher's doing :)

Oh I know you're not slagging him off :flower: It just surprised me because I honestly don't see it. To be fair it's probably because I'm too busy drooling to pay too much attention!

I see what you mean - to go on that show you need to have confidence.
