has anyone tried these tablets?
im currently tracking calories on my fitness pal and have decided to try xls as well, ive read some varying reviews online some good some saying they have no effect.

and update from me please please NEVER EVER TRY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
i took them for two days and last night i was up all night with very very severe stomach cramps i almost had to wake hubby to take me to the hospital it was that painful. once it subsided i just felt on the verge of throwing up all night. today my tummy is so so sore and i feel very shakey.
i bought them from amazon and they are issuing a full refund and have been very helpful but please noone buy these.xx
