These are very nice! What program(s) do you you use if you dont mind me asking??

I use Paint Shop Pro 9 its quite an old program now but i like it lol and for then animations i use Animations shop 3 x

psp gives you the little cartoon figures and frames and goodies? I use photoshop to do anything but it doesnt come with those.. I mean I can download brushes and even make brushes.. But Im lazy lol!

you get Brushes, tubes and frames on it and you can make them aswell and lots of places do them for download.
