Yellow skin under eyes

Last night I took some pictures as I'm trying out some eyelash stuff and want to monitor the progress. Anyways, I've been aware I've had sorta a yellow tint to my under eyes but I saw it even more so when I looked back at the pictures today and I googled, most things say you need to see a doctor :/ I never notice because to be fair I live in make up.

Does anyone know what it could be?

if the whites of your eyes are not yellow it is nothing to worry about at all

When I was studying make up we got told to put a green (if I remember rightly) creamy eye shadow type thing on it to counteract the yellow x
