Well, here is my 24 week bump.
This is my first child and I am carrying a girl.
Ive been a little down as people keep saying im massive and its making me worry that im going to have a 10 pound baby lol. Im hoping its mainly water weight.
Do i look too big? sorry about the pic size - prob makes it look 10 x worse! lol.

Ohh im still in my old skinny jeans so it ive only put weight on on my tummy.

xDuffyx - Don't get down about it! You're twice the size as me & i'm at 37 weeks but that doesn't necessarily mean she'll be big or you'll have more weight to lose etc. Have you had your fluid levels checked?xx

No I haven't! In fact I've had very little contact with the midwife, I also need anti D at 28 weeks and have had no information! Luckily, I see the midwife next week, would they refer me to have fluid levels checked if they thought it was reason for concern? Thanks xx

I don't even see a midwife anymore! But when she measures you if you are measuring a lot bigger she should definately get you a scan (same if you are measuring small) & on the scan fluid levels etc can be seen so if anything was wrong it would be picked up.
You could just be carrying big though - happens to many xx

I think you do have a big bump for 24 weeks but I don't think it will mean your going to have a big baby. It could be water/ fluid or just how your body is carrying I think your bump looks fantastic. So beautiful.

i was huge at 30 weeks with my first little girl, everyone thought twins, or i got my dates wrong turned out it was all fluid and she was 71b 2oz when she arrived and really tiny, this time im carrying another girl and loads of fluid again as we could see it on the scan, so dont panic !!!

how tall are you hun? i am convinced im growing more as im only 5ft 2 haha. it stands to reason though doesnt it? if you're shorter in the body baby has less room to move in apart from outwards! i bloomin hope so

I think you do have a big bump for 24 weeks but I don't think it will mean your going to have a big baby. It could be water/ fluid or just how your body is carrying I think your bump looks fantastic. So beautiful.

Duffy you look absolutley fine, I'm also expecting a girl and my bump looks very much like yours. I too am sick of people telling me how big I look, but I am very proud of my big pregnant belly. I'd much rather have a huge tummy and keep the weight off every else rather than put weight on all over and have a smaller tummy...if that makes sense!

I haven't posted a bump pic since 16 weeks so will try and post one later x
