You have a lovely neat bump i wouldnt say its small, you have more a bump than i have lol!!
I had neat bumps when expecting the boys, was going to say your bump looks like a boy bump to me then seen your ticker that you having a boy. Mine looked like a basket ball up my top lol!!

I am small to begin with, only 5'4", & I think in general compared to other ppl, I'm small, lol.
But I'm used to being thin w/ a flat belly, so in comparison for ME, belly is way bigger!
