Constipation definitely lol. My husband called me from work one day and I started telling him that I finally pooped but it made my butt bleed a tiny bit lol (sorry TMI). All of a sudden I hear laughter from several guys in the background.

He had me on speaker phone in front of his work buddies but I guess he wasn't anticipating a story about constipation so they all heard it before he could stop me Lol

Gas and constipation. The gas cramps have been pretty painful today and I had to work alllll day long. You don't want to hold it in but you don't want to go around with a trail of a bad smell following you as you walk haha.
