2010 Baby

I like having a bath with DH, we have always bathed together from (almost) day 1... we did have a bigger bath then thou.... (that's what I say anyway)

peertree what kind of tests and why so sad? If the dr has spoken yet how do you know?:hugs:

Yeah peartree is there anything you can do?

Mum2bewaiting, it will take me only 20 months for a full degree because i already have a university degree and I want to work with kids, surprising huh!? I would prefer maternity ward but I hear you have to put in some years before you can get in cause so many want to do it.

We got second set of SA results back. Not good. GP has referred us to an ob/gyn, so I guess we will just have to wait...

Have found out most probable cause of this. Lots of tears and anger last night from both of us - for the hospital for not noticing his undescended testes when he was a baby, for health visitors not noticing, for his parents not noticing until so late.... :hissy:

Over here there used to be an 18 month top up from RGN to MW, but they have scrapped that here so u have to do a full 3 year program. I thought that was what I wanted to do, I have changed my mind so much, I am now thinking about practice nursing again... ohh the hours!!!!

Peartree, how long til u get to see specialists?

Hey mum2bewaiting,

Im not bad done a night shift last nite so today ive decided and to think positive and look forward to trying again and not giv up ,

xxx

Crikey... all I can thnk about after a night is my bed
CD 1 is always hard for me too, I ususally am more positive by the next day (usually planning and plotting the next 3 weeks!!!)

I don't think me and hubby have ever taken a shower together lol we have shared a bath but as he's 6ft 4 it was a bit of a squash lol.
I've just noticed mum2bewaiting that your from Leeds i live betwween Leeds and Wakefield in Tingley x

We walk the hound on the reservoir there, we live about 5 min walk from white rose.... how strange.... its a bloody small world!!!
What are the schools like... I'm in the middle of planning our next house move... I've got 2 1/2 years :rofl::rofl:

5 mins from the white rose, thats some corner shop lol
Westerton has always been the school to get into round here unforetunately we are out of the catchment area so mine go to Blackgates which isn't too bad there is worse schools, Hill Top has quite a good name for it too its quite a small school compared to Westerton so not as many kids and if you want to go a little bit further East Ardsley Primary is also a good school to get into, hope that helps x

Hello Ladies,
its just taken me ages to read everything i've missed lol lots of bath/shower talk Csunshine its a shame you didn't get to use the bath in your bridal suite we were the same when we got married we dtd when we got to the suite just because it was our wedding night but we were way too drunk and tired to appreciate it, it would be nice if you could go back for your first anniversary but like you said even better if you've got a bump x
Peartree i hope the doctors can do something for you and i hope you don't have to wait too long to see them good luck x
Kelly/mum2bewaiting i was offered a place at uni to study midwifery last year but my hubby became ill 6 months before i was due to start and as my start date approached it became clear i was never going to able to look after him when he had bad days, bring up 2 kids and study so i had to make the heartbreaking dicision of withdrawing from the course i was gutted at first but after been my sisters birth partner in August i started to think maybe it wasn't the job for me after all don't get me wrong i loved been there when my nephew was born but hours of labour with not a lot happenng could get a bit boring every day if you know what i mean? so i've now to re-think my career options x
Hope everyone is ok today x

So what ar the career options now Berniep? Hope u find something thats suits eventually :hugs:, I honestly have no idea what else I'ld do apart from Nurse, my only dilemma atm is where to go from here, ideally I'ld shelve the shifts, but am scared that I wouldn't be quite so hands on which is the bit I like.... also with lo's shifts are potentially easier as DH works shifts too, so we'ld both go onto set days as far as possible, meaning we wouldn't need to find much child care...
Right of to the WR for some bread and a pint of milk
Oh, my urine test is back, bloods not, I didn't have the heart to ask for the result, I figure that if it was good my nurse would have been on the phone telling me to give up the alcohol by now

Berniep my dh just finished redoing our bathroom downstairs so I might just have to join him. I am not please with the way my body looks, but he sleeps with me so he knows what it looks like so I guess Im ok with him seeing me. :dohh:

Peartree don't give up yet. Wait and see what the gyno says. There are so many different things out there to help with conception.

Mum2be don't be much in a hurry, if it wasn't I am sure they would tell you straight away.

Chele how was work? Hope you get some one on one time with dh.

Hey Kelly how are you today?

To any other ladies that I might have missed how are you doing today?

Hi Csunshine013,

Hey Chele my af was pretty heavy and a little bit longer than before this second cycle since my mc. I truly hope it's our last visit from the :witch: for about 9 months!

Good to see you make use of your local shops lol

Not sure career wise i did look into nursing as thats what i wanted to do before midwifery but by the time i have our 3rd baby and then i'd want them to be about 2 years old before i went to uni i'm going to be getting on abit lol i know people study older than i am i suppose, i've been a care assistant in the past which i liked but i want a career that i'm passionate about not just a job to pay the bills if you know what i mean? the other options are working with animals but even the qualifications for that can take 3 years so i might as well go to uni or a paramedic, there is a pattern in my choices all caring roles, once we have our 3rd i give it some serious thought. What type of nurse are you? my friends hubby is a A+E nurse at Pinderfields.
Try not to think about your results till you get them properly, will your bloods be back 2moro or do you need to wait till next week? x

I'm concious about my body too i'm overweight and have had 2 kids so not a pretty site but i've starting taking a different attitude and quite happily walk around naked in front of him now and he doesn't seem bothered about it, i think men love us for who we are and we are the ones who who are paranoid about what they think x

Thanks hun,
U have to have a keen eye out to be a paramedic, they only recuit at certain times, unless things have changed.
I work with young people who have cancer at jimmies, it is a lovely place to work, just the politics can get u down more than anything...
I know that my hormone stuff won't really make any more sense than the ones done on nov without day 21 ones, it was the rest I was interested (i want to know if I have rubella or aids )

Well, dinner went well, i've let him get football on sky... i think me plan is working.....
