I'm wanting to give the 30 day shred workout a go starting Tuesday after the bank holiday. I'm exclusively breast feeding so it's more about Toneing than loosing weight although a few lb's wouldn't be missed ha ha.
I know what I'm like, I'll do it for a day or two then accidentally on purpose forget to do it- forever lol so I need someone to keep me motivated etc. I'm going on holiday end of June so would be nice to feel much more comfortable in a bikini.
