I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERRRRRRRY frustrating! Before I started trying, I thought if you even missed one pill you could get knocked up (I'm sure that's true for "some" but it's not as easy as they make it sound!

I wish in sex ed, they would have taught more about the actual cycle, not "you can get pregnant even on your period, blah blah blah"....

I also finally had a heavy period this past month, I think it was due to the red raspberry leaf tea. I'm hoping that will help me have a good cycle this time. In the TWW now... So we'll see. But a normal AF is always nice, if it's gonna happen!

TWW goes so slow doesnt it?

I have been thinking about the raspberry leaf tea, but read conflicting messages about whether you should take it or not whilst TTC. Is this the first month you have tried it? My AF is usually fairly regular so not sure if there is any point. Just started 8th cycle of ttc so starting to get a little desperate

I have read more good than bad about it. Yes, it's my first month trying it. I know of a couple ladies on the SMEP thread who took RRL (red raspberry leaf) for the first time this month and both got their BFP now! So, I'm sold on it. Plus it tastes really good as a tea, and I also got caplets.

Hippietea - so sorry that it hasn't worked out for you love. As others have said, I have definitely had many times where the timing for us has been off. My OH has gotten better over the months we have been trying..in the beginning I think he thought it would happen straight away, but we have spoken about it and he is making more of an effort to take some responsibility for BDing. Maybe have a chat to him when he is feeling better? Waiting4Baby suggested supplements - lots of people here swear by Maca for sex drive help for both men and women

amethyst - sorry about the BFN - but my fingers crossed for you still! Hope AF stays away!

Britt11 - oh crap, so so sorry love glad that you are feeling positive and that clomid is working though. Hope you are ok xx good luck for next month!

Waiting4Baby - yeah, Doctors should really inform people of birth control side effects better. Having said that, I have never taken birth control (always used condoms) and it's still taking time to get pg...! Hope you are doing well x

Not much news at my end...feeling better which is so good. Have had a nice relaxing weekend and the sun is shining which always puts me in a good mood. Either 4 or 5dpo today...AF due Sunday.

Im confused, still no AF. No symptoms of either AF or preg. I havent tested, afraid of betting BFN,its so disappointing.

Yeah, I have had to consciously figure out what dpo I am - I like not knowing, it's way more relaxing! TTHF is rockin' it.

LuckyD - Sorry you were ill, it's the pits when it coincides with trying! - We had a few months like that where one of us is ill. I'm not very understanding, feel quite sorry for OH! Glad you are feeling better now though.

Sorry to all you ladies who were visited by AF, so disheartening I know!

Someone made a comment about wishing they started trying earlier - Me too! me too! I wanted to have a perfect life set up before we started trying. Now my life isn't perfect as it's missing the most important bit! ARGH!!

Thanks! Yep, it's good to be feeling well again. I totally know how you feel...but then I think about all the things I have done in the last few years - lived in Australia, played Roller Derby, travelled across the States - and I don't regret it. That's my strategy - look for the positive stuff that you have done that you couldn't do with a baby - we can't change it now so lets at least look at the positives. That's my thoughts anyway! But I totally, totally do have those moments of wishing I had just started years ago...in fact, whenever AF arrives I have them!

Hopefully get them back to day but more than likely tomorrow, will keep you posted.

Thanks you guys. I now have what OH had, so I'm feeling a tad guilty for thinking it was manflu! Better to try next month when we are hopefully both feeling better.
LuckyD - I will have to look up Maca supplements. When we've talked about it before, OH has said that his SD has never been very high but he has a problem 'keeping it up' if he gets too warm. Hence not much summer holiday action in the past Maybe we should have a conceptionmoon in the snow?

When I checked CM it had some brown in it today. Will try to keep positive.

I'll say it again... how on earth do you keep track of all the posts Lucky, do you write them down or something??? Perhaps my memory is sooo rubbish I can only remember about two things from the previous pages!

Springflower - I hate decorating! Our flat is on the market and we spent the end of last year decorating the whole place. Will be glad if I dont see any paint for a long time!

Squirrelgirl TTHF sounds good. Starting to wonder if Ive gone a bit too much obsessed on where I am in my cycle (even at the point of counting ahead to see whether it is a SMEP when I get asked out for drinks at work, sad).

Lucky - Im doing good thanks. Got my Jenny Renny reading today which says I get my BFP next cycle. Told my DH and we are both determined to prove her wrong this month!! Any symptoms so far for you? Although probably a little early?

Ha ha, no my memory is not that good! If you click on 'Go Advanced' when you reply, it will list the last 10 posts...or if you want to see more it will open the thread in another window for you to look over. Hope you prove Jenny Renny wrong! No symptoms for me...too early. Which is good - I like not thinking about it.
