A home for EVERYONE!

Ok so this just poped into my head. i have a recomendation for a baby swing for any of you looking to get one this time around. it is a little on the prices side about $150 dollars but SO WORTH it. we bought it with Avarie it is called Graco Sweet Peace center i think. The seat can be changed to go in 4 different potistions, it comes completely out of the base so you can use it as a seat and rock it on the floor, it vibrates and has toys on it. Also because you can pop the seat out of the bace you can lock your graco carset into it. this was a life savor for me bc when ever the baby was sleeping (used it with avarie and jamie) in the car i just came home poped the care seat into the base and baby stayed asleep because though it was still in the car AND it was safe that way. Also it has the soothing center which as all those crazy white noise sounds but also has an ipod dock. also has a lock on the key paid so other little hands cant make baby swing faster than you want lol....oh and not only does it take batteries and dont suck them down too fast...it also plugs into the wall!!! and supper easy to take apart so you can take it with you. Ok now i sounded like a sales person lol...but just saying i loved it!!! i USED to still have it except i let my younger brother borrow it for his girlfriends kid and then he swore he dropped it off to my mom's but he never did i think that bitch sold it hoenstly just to be mean even though i loved it....my mom said she will replace it but she shouldnt have to he should...but he wont cuz he sucks...anywho...thought i would let you know what one of my faves was!

Hey ladies. I didn't have time to catch up, therefore, do personals. I will do that this evening. I had to pop in and tell you what is going on with me.
I am so devastated right now....Ok..so here's my current situation..for the past few days my OPK's seems to be getting darker (but not positive) and today, there is almost no second line at all. :( so i am not going to ovulate? So hurt right now

Aspe- i think you still have hope! your ticker says you wont ovulate for another 5 days...and the body has a natural level of fsh in the body off and on duroing the cycle...so i would keep testing...why hasnt your doctor done more for you...that sucks!

Ok so i need to stay off youtube i think....some how i got onto videos about kids killing kids...and i am talking about little kids! there was one about these two boys 10yrs old in england i think who skipped school and was stealing things from a mall well they decided to steal a little boy who was not even 3 yet and they killed him!!!! can you believe that...i cried watching the video...not only did they take him on a long walk beating him after they bashed his head in they layed him across the railroad tracks where the boy was cut in half just bc they were hopping to cover up the murder......this makes me hug my kids alittle bit tighter...no more youtube for me!

Ugh, I just typed so much and it disappeared. total FAIL. ((sigh)) here we go again..

Aspe- Personally, I don't trust OPK's only because if it has no second line you think you aren't ovulating, when in fact you might actually be. Secretly, I'm thinking you might had already ovulated. But, I'm not tell you that, because I don't wanna get your hopes up. How is your cervix today? Seriously, I O'd on the 31st but didn't have sex anywhere near that! I mean we had sex on the 1st, but my cervix was closed closed closed so there is no way sperm could have gotten in there. And even if one did. I'm pretty sure I would be measuring 6w6d today rather than 7w.

Krissy- That is morbid! I watch Samuel like a hawk! I would back hand any kid if they tried to take him. With any grown adult that tried to take him, I would knock them out. I would totally put up a fight. You better believe it!

Mnj..if I don't ovulate this cycle, and according the my OPK, it seems this way, I will be going back to the doctor before December :(

Janelley..yay! Your a blueberry :).. That is tooooo cute about your son, looking out the window, waiting :) kids are so smart

Krissy..the lemon juice was for dark spots on the face

Army..yay! Awesome numbers :) when you did the needle tale, didn't it it say twins at some point? Hehehe.. As for our hair, we get attached to our hair, our hair does not get attached to us. I don't like cutting alot off either, and mostly stick to long layers.

Hiii to all the ladies :)

AFM..ok, so the first OPK I did today, the test line was so light, it barley wasn't there. I did another one a couple hours later, and no the test line is dark. Not as dark as the control line, but not light either. It's so hard deciding if they are positive or negative.

Janelle..today my cervix is still high. It is not completely hard but not totally soft. Still white lotion like cm.

Janelle- i hate that!!! i can not count how many times it has done that to me! and i know what you mean about protecting the kids. there was one time jamie was about 2 that i was following him around walmart while talking to Josh on the phone and we were in the clothes and just as i go well i should say bye so i dont loose our kid i realized that i could not find him. i grabbed my purse left the cart and started searching for him. after what felt like forever i found a walmart person and told them i IDOIT did not know how to properly call a Code Adam? seriously?!?!?!? i know what to do and i have never worked in retail. she calls a CSM over and what not i told them real quick what he was wearing and what he looked like and i took off looking for him i wasnt waiting for those morons to figure it out! i found him at an empty check out line trying get candy!!!!! i was soo pissed and so happy at the same time and sooo scared. after that i was the mom that made my kid wear one of those back pack leashes if he wants to walk but mostly he rather ride in the cart now...

Aspe-ahhh makes sense on the lemon juice.

Aspe- That's a good sign. Take a break from OPK's save your money and just BD. You're just going to stress your self out looking for a positive line trust me!

Krissy- I would have freaked. I would have just started screaming his name looking like that crazy mom. What's a code adam? I've never heard of that. Oh man. I hate walmart, I can't imagine loosing a child in that place. Samuel sits in the cart at all times and when he's not in the cart he's on Dad's shoulders. We like to go shopping as a family only because if it were just me, I would come home with stuff we don't need. I don't really like going out alone either. I use to be the type of person that could take on the world, but since I had my son, everyone freaks me out. I can't really explain it, but I feel more comfortable with Dan there.... More like I can take on the world again, while he hold the baby.. Hahhah just kidding.

I'm so hungry, but I feel so sick. Just the thought of food is making me nauseous. My in-laws are coming over tonight because they want to take Samuel to the Celtic festival tomorrow. So they are going to pick him up and take him for the night. We live right next to a Fuddruckers and Amma is a Fuddruckers addict. So, I'm guessing that is what we're having for dinner.

Yes Aspe, it actually said that either a girl or twins were next. I dont know if I put a whole lot into those though.

We had a Code Adam once at the Toys R Us I worked at. Someone said code Adam over the walkie talkies and then the police came and we locked all the doors. In order to shut the alarm off the police have to 1. Find the kid. 2. Make sure they know who they are with in case an adult tries to kidnap them. 3. Make sure the parents or direct relative are in the store and can verify the person's identity. It was a very scary time. Lasted about one hour. Luckily, no one was trying to kidnap the 3 year old boy this time.

Janelle- a code adam is named after Adam Walsh, John Walsh's son who was taken from a store and murdered. I am surprised you have not heard about it because i am pretty sure, like the Amber Alert (named after a little girl who was kidnapped also) it is a nation wide thing. Anyways like Nicole said a code adam is called when it is realized that a child has gone missing. When that happens it is called over the PA system and a description of age, sex, race, and clothes are given out NEVER the childs name! then all exits are locked down to prevent someone walking out with the child. This has saved children thank god! and yes i never felt so scared and helpless in my life and there was my 2 yr old just sitting there trying to open a candy bar...which calls into question why those adult around him did not ask him where his mommy was... stupid people!
Fuddrecks...heard of it but we dont have them. Are they paying cuz then yay for free food lol! and yay for free night! just be careful!!! lol

Janelle don't u even THINK about gettin your groove on tonight!! lol

Aspe, I agree with Janelle, take a break from opks. Give your cervix a rest and just bd every couple days. You're gonna drive yourself crazy and irritate your cervix. Just do the fun part! Hee hee

((bows head)) Yes Misty....

Krissy- I don't keep up with the Jones. I knew about John Walsh and his son going missing, but nothing about a code Adam. Seriously, I live right next to Lake Tahoe, so it was a big thing growing up to teach your kids to scream, kick, bite, and yell as loud as you can, "you're not my daddy!!" if someone tried to kidnap you. I was little when Jaycee Dugard went missing, so everyone in the area was freaking out. I remember practicing with my Dad the whole, "you're not my daddy thing" He wanted to make sure I was really loud so that EVERYONE could hear me. I guess I was a super cutie with curly blonde hair and big blue eyes. My mom was always paranoid someone was going to take me.

I guess when I was really little I wandered away from my baby sitters house and some stranger picked me up and drove me home!! I don't remember this at all, but I do remember playing the game, "how do we get home from here" I guess I told the stranger how to get home from where ever we were and he took me to my parents and sat there with me until they got home. Scary huh! I play that game with my son and he's really good at it. He just points and says "this way!" "that way!" But he gets us to our destination.

Lmao what's the head bowing about??

Misty i think the head bowing is sort of like when you are in trouble as a kid and you duck your head down when you are scolded.

Janelle-now that is scary!! the big reason i knew about the code adam is i watched the life time movie network movie about adam walsh and how after he died john walsh went to work at congress to get laws passed to help missing and exploted kids all before he stared on america's most wanted. then i watched the movie about this little girl named Amber who was taken while riding her bike and they said if they had the Amber alert system then they probably would have been able to find her because the guy had been driving around with her. after she died her mom went to work to get congress to pass something to help missing kids. i like to think that if something ever happened, god forbid to one of my kids i would have that kind of strength to do something so try and stop it from happening to another kid.....i am a life time movie network junkie lol. i remember when i was younger and stay home sick from school and sitting on the couch watching those movies with my mom....i read the book jacycee dugard crazy what she went through.

So Janelle did you get to go out for dinner? I was going to ask if Samuel is your inlaws only grandchild? I only ask this because i remember how my parents were when it was just Joshua..i think they will always have that special bond with him because he was the first and stayed with them by himself so much as a baby because my mom didnt work then. I bet your MIL was supper excited when you called her yesterday to let her know everyting was ok! :)

We just got done watching Madigascar 3 supper FUNNY and there is a few Canadian jokes in it...which i am sorry i love them bc my MIL married a Canadian and moved to Canada when josh was a teenager and her husband is STUPID i feel so bad for Canadians because he is why there are all those jokes....sigh.....so anytime i can get a good canadian joke i tell it to them...hahaha i even gave him the nickname canadian bacon that Joshua call's him and even my MIL hahahaha

So what is everyone's weekend plans looking like? anyone doing anything fun?

oh and who has started christmas shopping yet? i cant believe there is CHRISTMAS decorations out allready in the stores! my kids keep asking when Santa is coming!

Hehe..had to throw that in there
