I am almost 41 and Preg with my 4th child (1MC). Just tested yesterday morning and got a BFP. First felt nervous but I am getting excite now. Can anyone tell me what blood tests are vital to do at the start of Pregnancy?
Also what is the best method of Genetic screening?
