Yesterday-
2 Quorn Burgers ( 5 syns) & Spaghetti

Mashed a small potato at tea time with some beans as Darren got called back to work! (Free)

Jacket Potato (Free) & Marrowfat Peas (Free) & Chicken Gravy (1 syn) & Mint Sauce (Super Free food) Bit of margerine (1 syn)

Today- I have got up at had a piece of brown toast which was a struggle to eat but my hands tired of Tezzys slaps :haha: I have a hospital appointment this afternoon with the muscularskeletal specialists over my dodgey knees!

My knee is the same as my boyfriends (only I have 2 bad ones) and he got physiotheraphy & an operation but I am thinking just the pyhsio at least because I have to do it , will be exercise for an hour once a week as they put you on a circuit in a gym in a ward haha

I can't do any exercise at the moment, I can manage 5 minutes on the bike but then my knees are in agony! Reason Im so fat in the first place!

I might get to wear heels again soon :)

I am just feeling so positive and all I have done is have one great day yesterday diet wise. So thats it. Each day as it comes, I am going to be excellent today! :kiss:

My Nan just brought me a selection box over that she won i n the bingo ! she said 'Make sure this is for Hallie this week, not you'

No , No , Nan deffo, I'm on a diet whilst thinking *mmmmm a chomp will do me nicely and a freddo*

Nan leaves and I run after her and get her to take it back with her.

I just had 2 chicken quorn burgers ( 5 syns) 1 Wholemeal bap (HE.b) Beans (Free)

I feel like eating again though, I'm just in a picky mood!

Going to tesco after the hossy to try get a syn free tea , what can I have for eat and a nice desert for 7 1/2 syns hmm

I am so fussy that I end up having the same meals over and over!

I fancy egg actually I might have ommelette, try doing SS chips and peas. then have a 7 1/2 syns pud hahaa
 
I just had omelette for lunch think I'll make another for tea though lol.

For tea I'm making ham and cheese omelette using fry light, slimming world chips with garlic :)

Probably just have some fruit for dessert dipped in some melted chocolate :) xx
 
Not been looking in here for a while. I never went to this weeks weigh in as i am ill & due on, but I have been sticking to slimming world! not religiously but I have been thinking and making right choices!

Yesterday:
breakfast: Muller rice (10 syns :shock: ) what the hell haha
Lunch: Brown bap (HEb) , chicken & salad (free)
Tea: Slimming world chips, fried eggs in frylight, beans, quorn sausages (free)

Supper i had some more slimming world chips that were left over (free)

& Then :wacko: A whispa gold and transformasnax (I DARENT LOOK HOW MANY SYNS THEY ARE)

BUT: Todays a new day! Even though my cupboards are semi bare i will try my hardest!

Lunch: Bran Flakes & Semi Skimmed milk (4 1/2 syns & HEa)

Tea: 2 quorn sausages (free) Spaghetti (free) 2 asda waffles (6 syns)

Breakfast: Missed

Lunch: 2 asda waffles (6 syns) 2 chicken nuggets (4 syns)


Really hope I have lost ANYTHING when I go back as I havent been weighed for 2 weeks. I think I have been doing good though! Mum & Nan think I have lost weight by looking at me however they could just be saying that!

Going out on Saturday night too, so Vodka, Lime & Soda for me. No fatty WKDS!
 
Yesterday evening for my tea I ended up having a Subway on Heart italian bread (foot long :blush:) with chicken and cucumber no butter. Then A packet of quavers! That was my being bad though as I had a choice to go to McDonalds!

I have been so good, not good, good as most of my SW class would think, but just for me, I have been thinking about what I am eating. Everything that enters my mouth i think about which for me is half the problem. Hopefully now i will get better and better at the diet and it will come naturally to me!

Today: Extra easy plan again

Breakfast: Missed
Dinner: Wholemeal bread (free) bacon without fat (free) 2 poached eggs (free) and beans (free)

Had a muller light yoghurt (free)

Tea: Not ate tea yet going to have a late one now, not sure what yet but I have 15 syns anyway. It will be out of my house though not takeaway and most stuff in is free. Yay! good day! I feel great! I BEST HAD OF LOST ON MONDAY!

WEIGH DAY! SCARED! I had a bit of a bad weekend which I am gutted about as everyone commented on Friday and Saturday they think I have lost about 4-5lbs but now thats going to gut me even more when I haven't. I am just not lucky enought to ever loose morethan too. Yeah so bit gutted my weekend went off rails but HOPEFULLY I will of lost at least to where I was when I started before I gained!

Saturday:
Breakfast: Apple slices
Dinner: Apple slices & muller light yoghurt (free)
McDonalds hamburger & icecream as I was hungry before shopping
Tea: Half a 10" pizza before I went out!
Half the cold 10" pizza when I got in after my night out! :dohh:

Sunday:
Breakfast: McBacon Roll, Hash Brown & some of the porridge i got the baby but she didn't like!
Lunch: 6 McNuggets :dohh:
Tea: 2 Quorn Sausages (free) Beans (Free) Whole meal toast (HEb) & A small hotdog bun white!! (syns)

TODAY!

Not ate anything yet but some water. Going to have a Muller light in a minute then I might cook some bacon without the fat for lunch!

Good luck today hun - you're doing brilliantly. They actually say it's best to lost it slowly a pound or 2 a week that way it stays off so you're doing brilliantly. I lost about 8stone in the space of a year a couple years ago by joining a slimming class and lost it only 1 or 2lb most weeks but you'd be surprised how it adds up and I haven't put much of it back on just aout a stoneish...

I started SW this week too so when I have time I'll start my journal - been inspired to start losing more by all you girls doing so well xxx

Thank You. Can't believe yo lost 8 stone! You must feel fantastic even with the etra stone you put on! My Mum lost 3 stone last year on it and she looks FANTASTIC! Good luck on your Slimming World journey again, although i suppose it is second nature to you!
