2 Quorn Burgers ( 5 syns) & Spaghetti
Mashed a small potato at tea time with some beans as Darren got called back to work! (Free)
Jacket Potato (Free) & Marrowfat Peas (Free) & Chicken Gravy (1 syn) & Mint Sauce (Super Free food) Bit of margerine (1 syn)
So glad I stayed under my syns!

Today- I have got up at had a piece of brown toast which was a struggle to eat but my hands tired of Tezzys slaps
I have a hospital appointment this afternoon with the muscularskeletal specialists over my dodgey knees!
My knee is the same as my boyfriends (only I have 2 bad ones) and he got physiotheraphy & an operation but I am thinking just the pyhsio at least because I have to do it , will be exercise for an hour once a week as they put you on a circuit in a gym in a ward haha
I can't do any exercise at the moment, I can manage 5 minutes on the bike but then my knees are in agony! Reason Im so fat in the first place!
I might get to wear heels again soon
I am just feeling so positive and all I have done is have one great day yesterday diet wise. So thats it. Each day as it comes, I am going to be excellent today!
