yay!!!!!!!!!! what a lovely birth. i cant believe the MW never showed up. thats a big boy too. my biggest was an ounce under 8 lbs. two of my DH best friends from growing up are nate and AJ. he thought that was cute. what a great pic too of daddy and AJ

mummy is a bit tender from a tear and quite tired ive only had an hours sleep today but otherwise im quite good, AJ loves sleeping on us lol

i always end up staying wide awake the first 3 days after my babies are born. have no idea why, maybe the rush? i hope you get some sleep soon though. i usually crash out hard when i finally do get some sleep. what a great birthday for the little guy. my DH's birthday is tomorrow.

i hope you recover from your tear quickly, ouch!

well he did cluster feed for 2 1/2 hours before deciding to sleep last night but then did 5 hours solid which was nice lol i actually feel a bit human again lol

Blessed, I am doing fantastic today! Thank you for asking! We have our parents in town right now, because today we're getting out 3D Ultrasound done!!! I'm SOO excited!! It feels like Christmas already! I have been planning this for over two years, and I can't believe the day is finally here! Praise Jesus!! Also, Joy's movements have been more exaggerated! Its really cool! For a while it was little kicks and still lots of flutters, but now I can feel her rolling, and limbs sliding across my belly. I'm just so thrilled!!

today is my DH's birthday so gonna make him a cake here in a few. he just got back from mens breaskfast at church and was all mushy with me cuz they were teaching them about proverbs 31. he says he kept thinking, thats my wife. im so flattered, but i have a long ways to go still

That's adorable! We're celebrating my Husbands birthday today (Its on Wednesday) but with family all here, I think its best to celebrate now!

im tired but happy today we managed really well went out for the whole afternoon with all 3 boys and managed to get through it without anyone crying or stropping though dinner time wasnt as smooth the older boys are both a bit under the weather with colds so didnt cope so well once they hit the "tired" wall lol but they have gone to bed ok now. we wont be staying up late i dont think tonight instead we will be trying to get all the sleep we can lol

how are you feeling? any signs yet?

Well I hope baby decides to come soon - around the 20th would be ideal as DH won't have work for two weeks anyway so will be around, but I have a feeling it's going to hold off until at least after Christmas if not until January sometime.

S/he has dropped though (currently compressing my bladder and hiccuping on my cervix lol) and I've been having sporadic period cramps for 5 or 6 days. Nothing else really going on though - not that I even really know what to look out for
