Anyone check their cervix?

well, i had a section with my DS. Before my pregnancy with him i was a size 0-1 and weighed about 110 ..very small framed. Now i am a size 5/6 and almost due but still yet my dr thinks its my pelvic won't expand so idk he just says im too small .... he said id have to push for 5 hours to have a 4 lb baby!

I don't know if I'd buy into that.... Most (not all but most) of the time if there is an issue with the baby fitting out it is because the baby has gotten themselves into a bad position eg their head isn't flexed properly... Many small people have babies. With my first I only weighted 100lbs maybe even a little less and I managed to push out a 8lbs baby just fine.

But the only thing that really matters is what you think... Are you happy with the prospect of a c-section? Or would you have preferred to be given a chance at labour again?

Okay so I have felt mine , and today I felt the baby's head . It was hard as a rock which I thought the baby's head would be squishy , anyways I am trying to figure out how dialated I am , is the cervix able to be stretched with tour fingers ? Because I can pull my 2 fingers apart and my cervix feels pretty flexible

I wouldn’t even know where to start checking cervix.....I wouldn’t ever attempt to! If I did and felt his head I would throw up lol!!! Xx
