Anyone in their 20's and ttc #1?

Good luck, peachcheeks! I hope that your first cycle on clomid will be very successful! I've heard many good things about those that have tried it! My mother in law tried it for TTC #2 and got the pregnant the first month. She had a hard time ovulating again after having her first child.

It looks like I am out this month! AF came four days earlier than normal and it has definitely been the most painful one I have ever experienced (and I have a very high pain tolerance). This has also been the most emotional cycle of TTC yet. Trying to stay very positive and lots of praying! We have been TTC since October and I am getting a little weary! My mom had a lot of trouble conceiving and I hope that I am not experiencing the same. My husband and I are very active and healthy, so I hope that helps!

In anti-celebration of getting AF, we spent all day at a winery here in Texas yesterday. It was beautiful! Especially since it was one of the first days of sunshine here in weeks. I believe it was God's way of saying it will all be okay. Nature and landscapes always make me happy when I am feeling down!

Karis- my dr told me 3 days before, on 0 day and up to 2 days after you can still catch the eggy... so very possible even if you did it 3 days ago... but BDing again couldn't hurt

Ahh, wish i was in 2ww! Atleast there'd be a chance of pregnancy. I'm cycle day 4 so am defo not pregnant right now. How long have you been ttc for? Ideally i've always said i don't want my baby born at christmas so april will not be my ideal month to concieve...however, with my luck, on my least favourable month to concieve, i likely will! (And defo will not mind one bit, a baby is a baby, whenever it's born) how do you keep busy? Ttc is always on my mind!!!! Xx

I would continue to temp! That's what I have been doing. I just got AF and I have temped consistently every day. If your temp stays up and doesn't dip that means you could get a BFP.

Another reason I would continue to temp is, if you don't get a BFN, you can take the charts to your doctor. The doctor would be able to look at your history and possibly help you better!

haha, i think this is the worst bit! because you know theres nothing more you can do! we have been trying for 2 years, how about you? and yeh i know what you mean but at this point i don't want to be fussy

i actually try to take my mind off of it, the first few cycles weren't too bad, but after a while i decided to do something useful with my waiting time, when i'm not at work i bake cookies, i knit, i play piano and guitar etc. just anything to keep me occupied! its always on my mind i just try to block it out sometimes, otherwise i get upset and stressed and that's not good for conceiving haha!

4 dpo- severe cramping, migraine
5 dpo- severe cramping
6 dpo - dull cramps, fatigue, sore nips
7 dpo- insanely sensitive nips, slight bb pain, heartburn, gassy

AF isn't due until the 6th. I have never experienced anything like this before. Took Clomid. Hope it worked! Let mek now if you think I might be preggo. Thanks.

Take a test later this week and let us know your symptoms sound promising but Clomid causes extra symptoms in the TWW. You could be!

petal, I feel the same way! When I was in New Orleans I had a 'reading' done (just for fun) and she said I would get pregnant that year... which was last year 2014. I have not been pregnant so that was inaccurate! Kittykat has the right idea, a crystal ball with all the answers would be nice!!

Friday-Sunday all BFNs.

Had a temp drop this morning.. granted I've only been temping about 2 weeks.. it's a pretty good drop. FF says your temp will stay elevated after O for 10-16 days and then if pregnancy is not achieved temp will drop and AF will come. Well today I am 13dpo and had the temp drop. Pretty sure AF will show up tomorrow or Wednesday.

That coffee sounds so yummy!! I haven't had coffee in about a month. No particular reason why I gave it up, just wanted a break from it. So far, I am at cd11. We are going to start to bd tonight and every other night from now until a positive OPK. We are going away in 10 days and I'm really hoping that my fertile window will be on vacation. For the past 2 cycles, my OD hasn't been before cd20. Really hoping this is the month for us!

Soon2bpreggo do you always baby dance every other night during O. I've head you should do every other night as sperm can be watered down if done every night. But have also read that is onky for guys with low sperm count. Does anyone know? Baby dance every night? Or every other?

Ella- My hubby's SA came back normal and our Dr still recommends only every other, but all Drs have different opinions.


Well the showed up today. I figured. Had a signficant temp drop yesterday and today. :/ oh well
