Anyone made a chocolate bouquet?

Has anyone made a chocolate bouquet, want to make one for my mums birthday so need tips!

I got a bouquet box coming but not sure what foam to use in it to hold the sticks and how to attach the Chocs to the sticks?

Any ideas greatly appreciated!

Is it JUST chocolate? I helped make one with fruit so the stick went inside the fruit.
The other end we stuck in a syrofoam ball we painted to look like dirt (we made "flowers" in a pot.)

Once I have made a bouquet of baby toys) that was the present for my little cousin) and that was really great, the child was alsolutelly thrilled!)
