So sorry star that the follies aren't doing much growing I hope your RE will at least have learned from this cycle and be able to tweak things so it goes better next time if they end up neding to cancel the cycle.
It always stinks when things don't go as planned. I remember one of my IUI cycles had to be cancelled from the get go because I had a cyst so had to be on a 1 cycle break and I was in tears when I left the clinic. Not that IUIs helped us since all 6 ended in BFNs
I think the best way to get through it is to try and not let every setback get to you or only have a real good cry and then say "ok, upwards and onwards" and keep on going. Being upset for days on end and wallowing isn't good as it keeps you being negative which I don't think is good for either your pregnancy odds or for your psychological health if you do end up needing a few cycles before it works (hopefully you won't though!).
As to progesterone I don't think REs just give it to you. I only got it for my IVFs and only for those 14-15 days after and including ET (embryo transfer) day. Even when I got my BFP the nurse told me I wouldn't need the progesterone gel anymore as there was no reason to think anything was wrong with my progesterone levels based on earlier testing. For my CP I actually did have some bleeding that I hadn't noticed really until I removed the gel 1 day later and found it filled with blood and clots so progesterone (at least the Crinone gel) doesn't necessarily completely stop you from bleeding if you either aren't pregnant or are experiencing a CP.
Jezika FXed that the back pain doesn't mean a CP for you
