Anything else I can do to get my BFP?

I'm starting clomid 50mg next month. The doctor has said if it doesn't work then we'll try a higher dose, and if that doesn't work then he's going to refer me to the gyno. Along with the clomid, we're going to try smep too. Is there anything else I could do to increase chances of getting my December BFP? I was looking at pre-seed and soft cup and stuff, but not sure how useful they are x

There are several things you can do to increase your chance of getting pregnant!
Using OPK to monitor your cycle is definitely important, and taking some vitamins (zinc) will also help!
