Aww thanks ladies - feel a bit better today! I still don’t have any symptoms but my lower tummy, like under pubic bone feels different - fuller I guess. Like deep inside. Hard to explain!

I'm on my way home from my mum's. I managed to keep the secret. Unfortunately she spent the whole weekend talking about holiday options she'd like to take me and the boys on next year, and I had to sort of go "Yeah, maybe" I need to give her term dates, so hoping I can put that off a while and then just say "here are the dates, we can do a short uk break, but I'm pregnant!"

I have some news, and it's looking good!

Levels have gone up by over double. I'm so relieved. Scan booked for 2nd September to double check everything is well, and hopefully see a little baby! All that worry and now finally some good news. Thank you so much for your support. X

No more bloods now, just waiting it out for the scan. Glad it's only a week away, I'm so impatient. Just praying everything is okay when we go, and we see a teeny baby. X

We had a private scan Saturday which went fine though I wish they had done vaginal instead as it's clearer and more accurate.
Sadly my sister had a scan the day before ours which confirmed she'd had a miscarriage
I'm so sad for her, and us as we haven't been as close the last few years so I was really looking forward to going through pregnancy together, I thought it might bring us closer but clearly that wasn't meant to be. She seems OK, as OK as one can be I guess. She wants to try again ASAP

Goodness me my nausea and vomiting is so bad now. I woke up at 3 in the night and started vomiting. Been vomiting since I woke too.

With my DD the really bad vomiting didn’t start until 7/8 weeks. It is making me wonder if it is twins. My neighbour who is the midwife couldn’t believe how much I’m showing already and said she thinks that plus my early strong symptoms that my actual midwife at our appointment on Thursday might send me for an early scan to check.

Sweden, night nausea is the worst!!! I was really bad with it last night too, though didn't actually throw up. Do you want twins? I'm a twin myself and so would love some, but I also know it's not easy.

Well I’m not sure Id choose them if I could. But of course I’d be happy. I just know how hard it’s was with one! I’m really struggling with the nausea and have had to take the day off work today blehhhhh.

You are soooo lucky. I’m literally here crying knowing this is the start and I feel awful and that it’s just the start and I’ve got at least 4 weeks of hell coming.

Sweden, I've never had symptoms this early either. But, I have shown earlier each time, and my sickness has been worse with each of them. There's a lot of things the increase my chance of twins, once upon a time I loved the idea, now I'm worried about it with space and money etc

Baby d- I’ve got my first appointment on Thursday and will ask about meds. Problem is they made me so so sleepy last time I couldn’t work on them! But I can’t work with this anyway.

Motherofboys- ahhh that sucks! I figured the sickness would get better each time as your body is more used to the hcg...

Beclou- im also there with the bloating too! I’m wearing maternity leggings today!

Sorry I know I shouldn’t complain. I’m so happy to be pregnant and glad symptoms look like everything is going well! It’s just hard this early on when no one knows so you can’t vent to people!
