Update, and it's bad news..

My gestational sac is there, but it's abnormal in shape, so they don't think it's going to support a healthy pregnancy or grow any further. I'm feeling absolutely broken. I have to go back on Monday for bloods to see what my levels are doing, and go from there. It's not looking good though. X

Oh no beclou, I'm so sorry to hear this! How heartbreaking! I don't know anything about abnormal gestational sacs so can't offer any advice but I'm thinking of you

Thanks everyone. The nurse said she was on the fence with it all, but it doesn't look good. have to see if my levels are rising as they should be for the next week and if they are, we will need to go for another scan and see what's going on. Xx

I have everything crossed that it’s jsut too early to get a clear picture , are you just over 5 weeks?

I just had my blood results back, they're at 2006 so I'm just 5 weeks, the lady said to see just a gestational sac with those levels is quite normal, they're just concerned about the shape of it but she said it's hard to say anything at the moment, just have to keep taking my levels and then rescan next week. She seemed a lot more positive than the lady yesterday though. X

Feel like the last few days I’ve lost symptoms
I’ve been tired but ds hasn’t been great at night so that’s probably due to that, haven’t had any nausea or felt it after drinking certain fluids like I was, feeling worried and can’t wait for tuesdays scan

That sounds more positive Beclou - I have everything crossed that the first nurse was being too pessimistic!

Star I’m the exact same! No nausea, no food aversions and my sore boobs and tiredness feel a bit less... I’m tryingp not to worry...

Baby D and Star, that has happened to me a couple of times this pregnancy and made me really anxious but it's worked out fine so far. I'm pretty sure it's totally normal for things to fluctuate due to hormones in the first few weeks.

My symptoms also have days where they are way less and other days more. I think it’s a variety of things that do it, what we eat, how busy we are, if we are dehydrated, how well we slept. And I also agree with Rose that we go through huge hormonal shifts day to day!

I know it is hard not to read into it though, I’ve been doing it. I’m Sure somethings wrong and then bam a couple of days later the symptoms are back with a vengeance.

Sweden, that makes sense about depending on how we are generally each day, maybe I feel better as I’ve hardly left the house since the bleeding started and rested more
