I look at it this way, she's exclusively breastfed and def not sleeping through the night. Yesterday she actually fed every 2 hours day and night.
She just needs her mommy, even if it's tiring , it's such a relatively short period in life and I'm giving her the best booby milk

Just thought I'd post a few pictures. The picture of me and Isis on the boat is from about a month ago on her first boat ride. The picture of the deer was a few weeks ago. The deer was nursing her fawn in our orchard. It was so cute!

I went to see a nutritionist this morning so i officially start my "diet" tomorrow lol Im hoping to drop about 30lbs! I know i can do it...i have done it before lol

She just set me up on a calorie plan/exercise plan.She gave me a food journal so i could see what im eating, talked about my BMI and % of body fat..things like that. I also check in with her every month to monitor my weight loss.

It might be at some places..but where i went it wasn't covered. I went to a type of weight loss clinic kinda like Weight watchers and the lady i met considered herself a nutritionist.

Its a place called Bodyline Studio. Its not a big chain like weight watchers, jenny Craig etc

Can't believe my little girl will be 12 weeks tomorrow! Almost 3 months..wow..
